Abstract

Civil legal protection of land owners on the basis of the existence of elements of fraud in the deed of sale and purchase of land made by PPAT. Research conducted using normative juridical methods. Problems related to civil legal protection of land owners on the deed of sale and purchase agreement of land made by PPAT on the basis of the existence of elements of fraud. Analysis of civil legal protection of land owners on the basis of the existence of elements of fraud that for the owner of land rights who are harmed, the owner files a lawsuit for the cancellation of the AJB that has been made by PPAT, a form of protection for the owner of land rights, related to material compensation according to what has been decided by the panel of judges. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach supported by empirical juridical by providing detailed descriptions, namely a research that deductively begins with an analysis of the articles in the laws and regulations that regulate the legal problems that occur.
