Abstract
This research discusses political law in the process of ratification of AANZFTA. This agreement is a single agreement which regulates common goods flow, services, investment and intellectual property among parties (ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand). This research uses qualitative method. Liberalism theory with the concept of domestic politics is used in the analysis of this research. This research found that legal politics in the process of ratifying the AANZFTA international agreement is a strategic position of the central government in deciding the ratification of this international agreement, so that domestic politics can fully support the ratification.
