Abstract

Discrimination against women occurs in society due to stereotypes that consider women weaker than men. Women continue to suffer and are exploited because of patriarchal culture. Society has long believed that men are strong leaders and women are weak domestic workers. This stereotypical view creates a gender hierarchy that places women in a lower position. In both public and private spheres, women often experience discrimination in various aspects of life. The aim of the research is to determine the forms of discrimination against women's voting which constitute a violation of human rights and to determine the legal protection provided by the state against discrimination against women's voting. Conclusion, Legal protection against discrimination against women's votes is to ensure that every woman has the same right to vote and be elected, and is free from all forms of discrimination that may hinder their political participation. This is an integral part of human rights and essential for an inclusive democracy.
