Abstract

ABSTRACT
The Covid-19 pandemic is an epidemic that has hit almost all countries in the world.
Humanity is feeling the enormity of the impact of the Covid-19 virus. The health and
economic sectors are sectors that have been heavily impacted by Covid-19. Deaths due to
viruses that are dangerous and spread quickly make people anxious and stay at home.
Such conditions cause human activity to be limited to the home which causes the nation's
economy to paralyze. This in turn resulted in termination of employment, layoffs occurred
in various business fields. Accidents in doing a job are sometimes unavoidable.
Occupational accidents occur because of the attitude of the company that does not take
maximum action at all (not paying attention to and maintaining machines or not
conducting counseling about the production process). Occupational accidents can also
occur due to negligence or work methods of the workers or laborers themselves. The
method used is normative juridical research with the nature of descriptive research. The
data collection technique used is literature study. Data analysis used is qualitative
analysis. Legal arrangements for workers who experience disabilities in work accidents.

given rights without discrimination regulated in Articles 11 and 32 of Law no. 13 of 2003.
The application of Law no. 13 of 2003 and Law no. 19 of 2011 is associated with Law no.
