This research discusses the laws regarding the protection and agreements of crew members within employment contracts, particularly in the context of migrant workers. Migrant workers, especially those employed in the shipping sector, often face challenges concerning legal protection and welfare. With the increasing number of migrant workers in this sector, it is essential to understand the legal aspects governing their employment relationships, including employment agreements, their rights, and the protection mechanisms available.
