Abstract
Trademark rights is an exclusive right granted by the state to the owner of a registered trademark so that having a trademark is essentially a requirement to register it even though Law Number 20 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications does not mention the requirement to register a trademark, but when there is a conflict over the use of a trademark then These business actors will not receive law protection. The government, in this case the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, has done various things to provide easy access for people who want to apply for trademark registration. The policy for submitting trademark registration applications online is one of them, as is the PNBP tariff policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which clearly shows the government's support for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector. This article discusses government support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in trademark registration and the procedures and requirements for submitting trademark applications submitted by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of this writing is to determine the government's support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in trademark registration and the procedures and requirements for submitting trademark applications submitted by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This government support is a form of implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, namely creating a just and prosperous society.
