Abstract

In cases of child sexual abuse, the victim can be categorized as a biological weak victim where the victim is a child, who is physically and psychologically or mentally vulnerable to becoming a victim. In cases of child abuse, the position of the child before the criminal court often has an impact on loss and suffering, especially psychologically and/or psychologically. The first loss occurs when the victim becomes the object of a criminal offense. After experiencing the first loss, the energy and material as well as the time that the victim has used for the process of seeking justice in criminal acts such as through the investigation process to the court and finally to the judge's decision do not get good treatment from law enforcement officials.
